Verdict: Personally I simply love the Dutch Chocolate which is so yummy. But remember to mixed well before consumption.

For the initial week, I replace 2 meals with the shake and happy to say no cravings for other food as the shake itself is very satisfying and feel full after drinking.

For myself I prefer to mix with cold water with a few ice cubes to make it a icy milkshake.

This shake is cool as it is low in calorie and by replacing the 2 meals,it does help in the slimming regime!
